Looks like it wasn't fluid but maybe pickup rubbing on the tyre. Calsonic GTR back out on track but out of the running for points

I went to Fuji Speedway to watch the race. Amazing event. 34 degrees of heat though and I'm burned af.

Did you catch the F4 race?

It came on youtube as I was getting into bed at it kept me awake with how brilliant it was.
Proper old school slipstreaming match down the long start/finish straight that continued from lap 1 until the end.

Really feeling for Jann Mardenborough now. Got Fuji in the bag until a minor technical issue, and now did an excellent stint at Sugo before Sasaki had developed overheating issues.

Excellent racing throughout though, including a 3 wide finish for 3rd in GT300! One my fav cars won GT300, the Subaru BRZ, dominant.

Understandable team orders from TOM'S at Autopolis, with #1 winning. This means that the #100 Honda & #1 Lexus are on equal points going into the final round in 3 weeks' time. The #55 BMW is leading GT300 by 12 points. Should be a great race with no ballast to hold anyone back.
