I think I counted 3 cars that stayed in track limits at T1

Meanwhile #33 was penalized for "inaccurate grid position"

What a joke, he was at the rear of the grid.

Nice to see that we have German GT3 series starting at 13:00, just to have another German GT3 series starting 30mins later in different country. Oh and also 15:15 we have German GT4 and 20mins later German GT4. It's not the best times to be a GT3 driver that wanted to compete in few series

Almost like they want to clash. The previous rounds clashed too

Absolutely no one stayed on track in T1

None of the cars stayed within the track limits in T1.
Just put gravel there, like Spa did. Or better still, shards of glass.

EDIT: Lap 2 and still doing it. :yuk:

Even the final corner you can see the racing line is off track, it's such a joke.

And still going off at T1 even now

Two warnings for gaining an advantage but they're ALL doing that there :slaphead:

Now make more rubber on top red section of that flag on last corner and it will look like Latvian flag :whistling:

Started raining while the cars were sat on the grid.

GT4 Race red flagged due to a light sprinkling of rain with no incidents on track

We are truly long past the era of dry/wet/dry/wet racing

They got itchy about all the cars still on slicks.

Pit lane was open for those who needed to change tyres

I guess what it is now is wet tyre strategy is not optional any more, it's now the race directors perogative to ensure all cars are on the right tyres for the conditions

Someone somewhere must've been sued for a driver getting hurt while trying to risk not pitting for wets and now we'll never see truly amazing dry/wet/dry races again...

It started up way before the race start for a change...
