It looks like Hill is going to win it. He caught Slade pretty quickly and then it took him a few laps to get past, but when he did it was at Skyline and it was a great move.

The last thing I expected in a trans am race :8:

Entry list for the 2023 race is out. 85 entries were submitted and 66 were accepted. There's also going to be three 40 minute races which will have GT4 cars (which will probably be replacing the current top class cars next year) and some production cars that aren't entered for the main race.

The 6 Hour is on this weekend. BMWs unsurprisingly topped both Friday practices, with Jayden Ojeda going fastest in the first session and Anton De Pasquale fastest in the second. Marcos Ambrose is making his first appearance in a major race since 2015, his Mustang finished 8th in the second session (the second non-BMW in the field.)

Elsewhere, not so much. That was quite a crunch.

That could have been a pileup, luckily he gassed it up and got out of the way.

Ambrose's car in the garage. Gearbox has blown so that's that for them. Shame because they were right up the front.

RX8 driver went off track, kept his foot in it and speared into the wall when he probably could have kept going otherwise.

Cars off everywhere at the Chase, a Commodore blew up and a bunch of cars went across the grass.
