Well GG to SVG, he's now joined Paul Morris in winning the 1000, 12 Hour and 6 Hour. At this rate I'm not sure he'll ever lose a race again.

84 cars are already entered for next year's 6 Hour Only 70 can start though, but even still that would be the biggest grid in Bathurst history and probably Australian circuit racing history as well.

Broadcast times are 12 to 6 for Saturday and 9 to 5:30 on Sunday. There has been a couple of high profile withdrawals, Marcos Ambrose was supposed to be making his first major race start since 2015 but they were having some unfixable ECU issues with his Mustang and Shane Van Gisbergen got covid from the AGP so he won't be defending his 2021 victory. Fabian Coulthard is in the same situation as SVG and won't be taking part in TCR after winning two races last round.
