Can someone explain to me these teams' pit strategies? I don't understand why teams aren't pitting as soon as they possibly can when the SC comes out, instead they wait a lap or two? |

Only thing I can think of is they're waiting for their fuel window to open. Usually you can box 2 to 3 laps before your window opens in a sc situation so they're probably waiting for that. |
