The latest (and final I suppose) news from the organisation has 64 cars fully confirmed. One Schubert BMW, the Horn Motorsport Mercedes and the official Alpina have forfeited because of substantial damage to the cars due to other races earlier this month. (Schubert at Paul Ricard last weekend, Horn at VLN and the Alpina who flew over the barriers at Nurby)

3 McLarens confirmed tho

Haha awesome, the 78 Aston is going to run only 2 drivers, because they want to prove it's still possible to race like in the "good old times". VD Wauwer is a Belgian rally-legend, looking forward to how they're going to run

Unless wetter.com is fucking up, saturday might be a lot like Nurby today. Wet, cold any windy with 13°C max.

Time to dig out the winter clothing again, in the middle of the summer. I thought it would get warmer, global warming

We're gonna be having thunderstorms tonight during qualifying.

Not really any rain predicted for the weekend (20% chance), but I expect rain on Saturday evening :p
Pretty clear night, so yeah, fog is certainly possible.

Pre-qualifying underway now: http://static.sportresult.com/federatio ... =Blancpain (live timing)

EXQI and MotorsTV, I think both have the same amount of airing:

Saturday 30 July
from 15:30 to 19:00
from 21:00 to 22:30
from 23:30 to 00:00

Sunday 31 July
from 09:00 to 12:00
from 14:00 to 16:30

EXQI could be airing a bit more, not sure.

In the meantime, torrential rain lmao
