Strangely they moved a crashed car in the GP2 race with no SC and a tractor crane on track :/

It should be a fundamental requirement of all F1 events to have competent marshalls.

Should just send marshals over from the UK, Germany etc.

Macau got the best marshals.

Monaco always seems to have competent marshalls and quick recovery processes. I don't agree to having a permanent safty crew as that would mean additional costs to teams and competitors.

Just marshals with some sense would suffice, at Monaco for instance they are clinical, mistake free and safe.

At China a car stops on the side of the track and 10 of them just run out there and look at it. And it takes forever for the tow truck to arrive and they muddle over that.

Except for 2004 where the Marshals were a comical swarm, running out dangerously on track when they shouldn't have, putting out a red flag when the safety car was called for, etc.

I remember Brundle remarking that they were a bit keystone cops that weekend.

I spoke to Sean a lot. Met him a few times years ago and we kept in touch. I'm fucking shocked. RIP mate.

More than horrible! Just can´t believe it. I´m so sad. How can I watch the next Carrera Cup Race in Hockenheim this weekend without Sean Edwards. I wanted him to win the Porsche Supercup this year. It´s so unbelievable sad.
