GP2 and especially GP3 have been very clean in recent years. Can't even remember last pileup / flip.

Fukuzumi had some troubles at the beginning of warm-up lap but gets going again.

In these cases Charlie presses SC button way too early. There were three cars going side-by-side into turn 2 when they have to stop overtaking.
