Looks like someone did a huge swipe right to left off the start and was surprised when there was another car inside of him.
Sadly it seems the car that instigated the accident got away with it and the car he hit ended up piling into the barrier and other cars :(

Commentator missing it I can understand, they have a small screen and it was barely noticeable at the side of the screen

Not only does Lorenzo Columbo have the best name in motorsport, but he's an overtaking demon in the wet, he's passed at least 4 cars so far.
