Think these are the reconnaissance laps to the grid. Even though there won't be a standing start they'll still pull up to the grid then the S C will lead them off

F1 will do one lap under SC then red flag it for 2 hours until it's dry

Does monaco have any special curfew rules in regard to that?

I'm sure I read somewhere track action has to be finished by 4pm or something, don't think there's any support races after F1 as a result.
