Dunno if you are watching but today there is a GP Explorer F4 race at Le Mans including all the popular Youtubers in France. So they are all amateurs !

Crazy to think that the event was sold out in 1h. All the cars are painted, so many sponsors, and a damn good tv coverage (500k spectators atm, guess we will be more than 1m for the race at 16:55) ! Better than our National F4 chammpionship :8:
Live stream: https://www.twitch.tv/squeezie

There was a big crash in qualifying this morning btw.

4 SCs and carnage on the last lap, but it did at least finish under green I suppose...

That's so crazy here in France... So many spectators at the track & on the live stream.

Social medias with #GPExplorer hashtag all over them... Everyone is watching their favorite streamers. And wow at the tv coverage, eveyone working in the Motorsport will be jalous.

Can't believe something like that has happened. Biggest event at the Mans after the 24h & MotoGP races.

Dunno but they have so many sponsors (and new one too like Tiktok, NordVPN, Deezer etc...) that they can't lost money.

40€ was the ticket price for the event and it was sold out.

Is this seriously a 100% amateur race? I can't believe how many people are watching - full grandstands and currently 646,960 watching on Twitch :8:

Yes they are streamers on Youtube / Twitch. They have been training for this event since March. They did 4 full day of practices between March & October.

Amazing. I don't expect the most talented field, but kudos to whoever was able to pull this all together.
