Reading that made me wonder - what are the old Lolas up to nowadays?

I was looking for some info, and after AutoGP, there isn't much info. Maybe some have (or will) appear in BOSS meetings.

After later checkup, yes, some Lola B05/52 have entered BOSS GP.

Never realized before that it had a straight front wing holder (how are those things called, anyway?) in AutoGP, instead of the curved one on the original A1GP kit.

It's a pair of pylons; motorsports chose to follow the aeronautical dictionary in this case :D

I reckon the straight pylons are a massive cost saving for a part which is very likely to be broken regularly.

Was it really only 4 seasons of A1GP? Felt like it was a lot more than that.... :8:

We had Superleague Formula right after as well.

Anyway, A1GP was a big novelty when there wasn't many international open wheel racing. Now F2 and F3, FE kinda fill that gap. Also all extra F1 weekends and sprint races. Wec and Imsa more proeminet...
