Based on all available evidence of the stopped car, you'd have to assume not.

Here you have 2 leaders battling through traffic who is battling each other as well as trying to stay on the lead lap.

And it's BRILLIANT.

Poor Ana...was pretty fast this weekend actually Got trapped a lap down, but was battling competitive cars for 15yh/16th.

He's on the lead lap now since everyone else pitted.

Yeah, but now he's got Wisconsin's equivalent of the M25 to get through.
