Oh I thought I read they'd delayed it.

Also its 20 years since the legend AJ Foyt called it a day after 35 straight Indianapolis 500's.

Sadly Indianapolis isn't what it used to be, when Penske failed in 1995, they were gone. If it happened now, they'd buy their way in.

They tried buying their way in 1995 and it didn't work.

Indy is a shadow of it's former self, but even that shadow puts around 275,000 in the seats and infield come Memorial Day Sunday. Still the biggest single day sporting event in the world and one of few races I will always watch live.

I guess so, or else Clauson, Howard and Lazier were just rumoured...or they are all aiming for the remaining #40 car.

Well, at least it's still 33 cars for sure. But I hope that there will be bumping and maybe even open check books on Carb Day.
