Well as far as I could see he just got too high coming out of turn 1.

Indycar equivalent of Daytona '98! My eyes are still watery. Still wanted an epic last lap duel, but too happy for TK to complain. Good clean race too. I've hated what happened to this sport the past 20 years but the last two 500's have been great, especially this year. Indy is back!

More crashes in one day in Monaco in F1 than in one month at Indianapolis in Indycar. Pretty happy with that!
