Welcome to Long Beach, where it's like Monte Carlo! Except that there's no casinos within the vicinity of the track. And that the town's rather bad.

Still better than Los Angeles, tho.

Also, WOO NIGHT DRIFTING

I wish they'd skip out turns 1-4 and go straight to turn 5.

They should use the Ocean Boulevard section and the big drop down Linden Avenue

It's like Monaco because of the hairpin and it's close to water with boats in it!

There's a hill past Seaside on Pine and on Shoreline. Not sure how that will work. They look steep, too.

Regardless of improving the track (I'm in favor of getting rid of the Dolphin Fountain section, in case you wanted my input), it's still a great street course with a fun atmosphere (tho, living in California for all my life definitely helps). I'm definitely heading over there again.

As I say every year, bitchass tight hairpin at the end ruins any chance of the cars getting a good run onto the long straight....

Ditch that and the track would be 1000 times better...

lol no, there's nothing worse in a street track than unimaginative, lazy hairpins between highways like that.

Looks like plenty of action occurred in the second practice session.

Wilson hits the wall - no yellow flags, Simona hits Wilson - yellow flag shows up. Massive fail from the marshals.
