From wine country to the Mid-Atlantic, the IndyCar championship title has taken a turn for the dramatic. 8 drivers are still eligible for the title. Who will leave Baltimore as the points leader as we head to Fontana for the finale on September 15th?

Will we see another safety vehicle left on the track in such a retarded fashion? Hold on, let me answer that: no.

Looking forward to this one. The racing should be a lot better with the new layout.

Apparently, from someone at the track...Simon Pagenaud got 2 feet of air over the light rail tracks on the first lap out for the Indycars...The chicanes may be coming back.

@IndyCar will be stopping practice soon to discuss course conditions with drivers. Seems to be very bumpy.

from what ive heard, the drivers do NOT want the chicane re-added, adn they're doing everything they can to get the track ground down instead.
