IndyCar shouldn't be compared with NASCAR's decreasing rates. It should be compared with everything and anything in sports, really. |

I think we can safely say that IndyCar is on the rise, by judging the increase of attendance, more than TV ratings that aren't representative of the actual population who tuned in to watch. |
