This (pretty useless) is all I could find when I looked before, and can't see anything since added to youtube: It's a shame that due to the events IndyCar's youtube channel hasn't bothered uploading the Lights race highlights... and I don't think there was any TV coverage as Las Vegas was on ABC wasn't it? I usually rip the youtube channel highlights and get hold of the Versus coverage when I can. Guess this will always be a missing race. |

This thread is being placed in the TBK Hall of Fame. It is not to celebrate the crash itself, as all of us pretty much will agree that none of us ever want to see a wreck of that magnitude again. When I look back on this race it was actually the first one to make me cry cause I have never seen such a terrible accident and it was the first time I saw a person die in front of my own eyes. To me Dan was a Good Driver won the Indy 500 that same year was a favorite to me. Now I can't even watch that Indy 500 or that Las Vegas race again. Sadly we have to moved on with this stuff but we will never forget those who died doing what they loved. |
