Ganassi are the king of fucking up strategies though. Just look at qualifying for the 500.

I was at work and was checking the ESPN App on my phone where they would be giving live updates on what was happening. I couldn't believe when the update came that Hildebrand crashed in the last corner. We're going to find out exactly what kind of driver he is in upcoming races when we see how he deals with the adversity he had to deal with at the end of the race. This can't be an easy thing for a 23 year old to endure but we're going to find out how mentally tough he is and see how he bounces back in the next race.

After everything's said and done, in the UK Indycar's all over the news bulitens on the news channels, and Breakfast. Had that crash had not have happened, there would have been nothing..

So some free ad dollars for the series then!

It's also on the website for the Daily Fascist.. Sorry, Mail's website.

One question. How did Power get 26 points? Did he get fastest lap or something???

Haha, one of our main news websites wrote this:

Quote:
Hildebrand was low on fuel and took the risk. By watching his car lose power, he tried everything in the final lap, but ended up losing control in the final corner.

Also, why did they blur Foust's face and call him "Driver"?

Includes points from qualifying (5th place worth of 10 points)

It wasnt Kimball's fault. Plain and simple. He was doing what he was supposed to be doing as a slower car. You guys ever think that maybe the closing rate was so quick that if Kimball had any idea that the leader was coming, he just didnt have enough time to make a split second decision to hit the slow down lane?

JR fucked up, he misjudged or whatever you want to call it. He lost, thats that.

He was already in the low line between 3 and 4. He knew Hildebrand was there, he didn't know Hildebrand's fuel situation. He probably expected JR to blow by.But the fact remains, last lap of the 500, don't influence the race. If JR made a mistake, then Kimball made an even bigger one by not doing anything to get completely out of the way.

After winning the Indy500 for 2nd time, Wheldon could bring more money for the team. I hope rather than dumping Viso, Bryan Herta would go rest of the season with Wheldon.

Yeah, I would like Wheldon to continue with BHA and them to go full time or at least a few more races (ovals, probably).

Also, they were in a partnership with Sam Schmidt. Probably Sam can work with them. He already has Bell and Cunningham for a few races this season, hopefully they can work with Wheldon too.

Pippa Mann suffered from cramps during the race and was taken to medical centre afterwards - her drinking bottle failed in the beginning of the race.
