It's Spa, so surely worth watching.

But the driver line-up is pretty poor outside of a decent 4 or 5 (maybe) frontrunning drivers... Zanella's done a surprisingly good job to be leading, ahead of Bortolotti and Monras who you'd expect to be title contenders in a pretty underwhelming field.

Two cars spun at Raidillon on the opening lap, amazingly nobody crashed into them. Clean start otherwise on a very wet track.

What are they building on the inside of the corner with no name?

Amazing amount of posts :8:

F2 manage to turn up to spa, in the wet, and be dull.

I don't know, I saw it too yesterday.
I also think Bruxelles is getting a bigger runoff.

Anyway, I went yesterday (actually to meet some clients of us in the Dutch Supercars). No crowd, lots of sun, some crashes in front of me but F2 was by far the least interesting race.
I don't think they will still exist in 2 years.

F2 is going backward big time... No coverage of the races at Nurburgring this weekend.

You can follow live updates on their website though: http://www.formulatwo.com/live-updates.aspx

I think you could say it probably won't be around much longer. Less coverage will mean less sponsors wanting to sponsor drivers in it.

Isn't it just that Motors TV is too busy showing shitty Motocross on Sunday and may well show it delayed later in the week? :?

I think it's also the reason There's no live DTM supports from the Norisring on the sunday too...
They usually show the VW cup and are on sat but not on Sun :?

There's no delayed coverage like they'd usually do.

There's no TV company at the ring which could provide live coverage, Hayfisher only do the highlights for British F3 (and Formula 2 this time)

Johannes Theobald flipped in race 2....

Whilst the top three started to make a getaway, Johannes was unable to respond and a queue of cars formed behind him. Zanella soon found a way past and Brundle was next to attack. However, his late move at the chicane tipped the German into the air with his car rolling twice before becoming beached at the scene and leading to the championship's first ever safety car period. Theobald walked away albeit a little shaken.

Without the cameras there, it was inevitable tbh.

First ever SC period? in 3 years? I'm sure they've had one before, especially at that terrible Brands race where Surtees sadly died :( :?

The flip was caught on camera. Highlights will be shown on MotorsTV next week.
