Valid point. Personally, I think Sonoma, Detroit and Motegi are abysmal places for racing.

Yeah, Motegi will be on the schedule for as long as Honda is in the IRL. Detroit will be in the IRL for as long as Penske is in it. And Sonoma will be in the IRL until at least 2012 anyway regardless of what else happens.

Detroit would be fine if they extended it again. Short layout isn't as good for racing.

Yeah, or put more power for the fast ovals. Just stop this nascar restrictor plate racing style but without bump drafting and cars still figthing for breaking the drive control.
