It's really not that bad (the amount of rain, that is).

In heavy rain I kinda get why a SC start but it isn't that wet so I see no reason for a SC start.

That's why I hope it'd rain in every single race. At some point they would get fed up starting race always behind SC.

Just get the rule in with an extra formation lap in wet conditions and then start it without Safety Car.

With the delay and the sc laps it'll only be a few laps until slicks let alone intermediates
