Penske are another team like Newman-Haas who used to run as many cars as they wanted in the glory days but now the series could really do with their extra machines suddenly don't want to put back.
I'd be suprised to see Roger run his third car permenantly in 2010 tbh.
They'll cite the usual issues with "not being able to find sponsorship for three cars" which is there code for "we got two cars and then we didn't really try very hard"

I can see him doing the first few races and then Indy obviously, then maybe a few random appearances through the year....but full time?

This is assuming he doesn't fire Briscoe of course...(Twinkle Toes is too much of a fixture at the team to be given the boot...he'll be there until he decides to climb the fence in his personal pen to escape...)
