I wonder how many football fans even know about the series to be honest.

Anderlecht still doesn't have a driver

We actually have since Monday: Craig Dolby.
British driver who has absolutely dominated the Belgian Formula Renault 1.6 class, IIRC two years ago. No Belgian driver came close to getting a seat because of...*dun dun dun*..lack of money

Don't remember seeing that one before, it's nice.

One great thing about this series is two purple cars on the grid. 8)

I was about to say, I'm supporting Beijing just because of that livery.

Unusual criteria, but as a Chelsea fan, I will be damned before I support Liverpool or Tottenham.

A British driver who no-one in Britain has heard of. :p But looking at Astromega's Wiki page, he is relatively well-known in Belgium, so he's a good fit.

I don't know who I'll 'support' in this series, probably Tottenham because they won't remember what it's like to win something. Also the two purple cars of Anderlecht and Al-Qaeda or whatever that other team is called.

From Wiki : Al-Ain Football Club is a professional association football club based in the city of Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates...

Just an unknown club with obviously big money...

I find it funny that my two favorite drivers from Champ Car in Tristan Gommenday and Robert Doornbos are in this series.

Andy Soucek will drive the Corinthians car, I can't understand why they put a spanish driver in a brazilian team car, there are better brazilian drivers that could drive it, Soucek is slow, I can't believe Corinthians will be represented by him :(

Craig Dolby 8O

I have made some pretty negative comments about this series, but I am slowly coming around and am pleased to see it building a head of steam. Good luck for the weekend
