Brazillians like winning races way after the checkered flag has fallen don't they?

Another Castroneves victory handed to him by the stewards in contraversial circumstances...

Well in this case it was actually correct.

Yeah I know I'm just having fun....

I really think it was a transponder location issue that was reversed after checking the photographic evidence...
I think it's obvious they'd not be allowed to put a clunky transponder in the nose since it's a deformable crash structure so the locations could've been slightly different on both cars...

IRL only or all series? Because the FILS finish here last year was 0.0005 of a second.

0.0001 apparently

Great to have an IRL thread that goes beyond 10 pages!

Hopefully the non-championshop race in Australia comes as an amazing end of the year!

I have to say that I am actually really looking forward to next year in the IRL. The series made a lot of good progress this season, and next year should be even better with the Champ Car teams having a full off season to work on thier cars.

Oh well, it would've looked weird on his resume anyway...

F3000 Champion, F1 pointscorer, Champcar race winner....IRL...Rookie of the year?

Today has been the best day of racing overall ever. There hasnt been a bad race today.

GP2, F1, WSBK, Sprint Cup, Indycar.

Great day indeed. Haven't seen WSBK but the race was just awesome, even though all the controversy.

Next week with Motogp @ Indy and F1 @ Monza should be something too look forward too.
