Good planning by the IRL to have this race on the same day as the Bears opening game.

Especially when Chicagoland now has lights.

if it were a Saturday night race, it would be on at the same time as the Cup race at Richmond...

If anybody decides to watch this on the stream please be sure to mute the commentators. Some of their ideas are giving me headaches!

Not according to the TV ratings and the attendance. The NFL is BY FAR the biggest sport in the USA. The Bears also have a huge fan base compared to some other teams. Nobody in the US cares about open wheel racing, on the other hand.

NFL = rugby with shoulder pads.

Americans need to play proper rugby!

Starting Order:
http://www.indycar.com/grid/

Helio 'could' be in trouble as he kept putting his wheels under the white line on the Front/Back straghts, something they were told not to do in the drivers meeting. Penske kept telling Helio to "Stick to the plan".

IRL officials confirm that Helio will be starting from the back due to putting 2 wheels below the white line during all of his qualifying laps.
