I'm still surprised that they made GP2 and WSR cars more like F1 cars, instead of making the F1 cars more like GP2 cars

That's what's happening next year.

I'm gonna say all the late-lap drafting battles for the win had little to do with the rain, chief.

Are you going to deny that every other race sucked, though? Certainly compared to what we had with the old car. The new car is horrendous for racing.

The GP2 feature race on the Saturday was bone dry.

I liked Hungary. Spa had cool passes. Monza was fun. All the other tracks are terrible, so, whatever.

The other tracks may be terrible, but they'd still have put up a good race with the old cars.

What Renault have tried to to with the new car is to make it like an F1 car, and the result is F1-like races- they're only good when random shit happens.

Ever wondered what GP2 ITV presenter Charlie Webster does this days...

Shes a sport reporter for BBC Look East news - LIVE a few moments ago from Snetterton with the Formula Palmer Audi

gp2 is smart, they try to keep it on one part of the world (= less expensive), not like A1GP...

According to www.sportmotores.com, Tiago Monteiro has bought BCN, and the announcement is going to be made tomorrow.

Nah, Charles Pic is the most impressive there. 4th and I don't think he's driven a GP2 car before.

He is only 18 aswell. Only completing 2 racing championships in his career. Hes very impressive.

Not bloody likely.

It'll be the Hulk, or Pic, or Rigon.

They won't take it in their first year. We've seen what a difference experience makes this year - Pantano in his 3rd year beat Senna in his 2nd year and di Grassi in his 3rd year. And given that Romain wasn't far away despite being a rookie, I think we can say that with the best team he'll be the man to beat

And Rigon's overrated anyway
