Excelent feature race, not so good at the front but from P4 to P12 we saw some awesome fights and overtakings. And a double airborne crash at the Sprint race was quite amazing :D

And nice to see Andretti on the podium, but he should practice his champagne spraying skills.

Fauzy came in because he heard another team's Team-Radio. Well that sucks

That was the radio of the dutch team, They were yelling box to him for his drive through a lap before Malaysia pitted.

That was an entertaining race. Not much of a battle up front but as a Carroll fan it meant i could relax a little :p Good effort from USA as well. Pity about Malaysia's little communication cock up.

WOOO YEAHHHHH CARRROLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! etc.

A farily good race. Nice to see Andretti on the podium after the big shunt he had in the sprint race.
I think the new Ferrari car has proven itself to be good for racing.

Exciting race but not for us :( ..its was utter ridiculous to see getting out in first lap first itself!.Few driver were unnecessarily aggressive!
Ireland was in other league today! Congrats to them...

I just got to know that Team Lebanon & Team India is under same group 'Argo Racing Cars Ltd' and not DS Motorsport Ltd ..which i wrote few weeks before :p

Unfortunately I wasn't able to watch it...
Does somebody have a screenshot of the telemetry? Sounds pretty impressive :D

My god, I have just noticed that A1GP coverage had a new exclusive audio stream with team radio communications during the complete race. 8O :) What an improvement, even F1 doesn't have that !!
What was that avaliable on, a TV channel, RAW Feed or Online stream?

Would be cool if FOM would make stuff like that avaliable on f1.com or something.

A1GP have really brought in some cool things this year, the HD OnBoard's, the Online timing & telemetry screens & this new Team Radio audio feed. All thats missing now really is an OnBoard channel or somehing.

Wow, need to turn on my pc for the next A1GP race. I never bother to do it because you don't need live timing to enjoy an A1 race to the fullest as there is plenty of action on track and not the tactical pitstop racing that goes on in F1.

But that track map and telemetry page looks very useful. A1 have been top notch with their tv coverage from race 1, and now their online coverage is also the best

And with the F1 cars becoming ugly monsters next year the future looks good for A1 to attract new fans.

It was from the feed. Here is a sample in low quality of the first few laps of the feature.

That's just awesome, listening the drivers & team manager talking Live rocks big time ! I guess it was just a test for this race. And you're right, only a onboard channel is missing now. :p

The new live timing and the telemetry from A1GP.com is fantastic. Better than the F1.com one.

Yeah, it's awesome. Interactive map, telemetry for selectable car + more. F1 has a lot to learn.

I already pointed out the brilliantism of the telemetry page previously on this thread. The visual of A1GP livetiming is also better than F1 imo.

FOM sucks :yuk: although some guys here believe they are the best in motorsport coverage.

But it's not so fast as they told it would be.

For the first time I agree with you about broadcasting issues. The problem of the onboard channel is the lack of option for graphics.
Wouldn't be nice if we through the remote control could decide which graphic(s) we could see together with the onboard. Today we are in a passive position.

I've been seen some japanese F1 coverages from the early 90s, they are much better than nowadays FOM. Tbh, with the experience they(FOM) have with coverage it should be a much better job.

Yeah it suprised me how slow the cars actually where. Not even faster than the old GP2 car with full powerboost on. And before the weekend they where yelling if Montoya's lap record would be broken this weekend  :whistling:

I take those slower A1GP cars racing over GP2 or F1 cars racing any day.

BTW from some highlights I saw there was pretty big crowd watching the race. Seems like A1GP is popular in Malaysia :)

Or many free tickets have been given away...! :whistling:

Well, A1GP gets the whole broadcast package right and makes the races entertaining to watch - there's always something going on!

Well tickets for A1GP are 10 times cheapier than for F1 so I don't think they would need to give free tickets.

Ummm 47 second gap from 1st to 3rd in just a 34 lap feature race? Doesn't look very competitive.
