Since the TV director can see all the images, and if the driver is seemingly ok (conscious) or even showing thumbs up, then why not to show the scene of the accident? And even if the driver may end up with a wrist injury or broken rib, that's certainly not "macabre" enough that it's better to leave all viewers in the dark wondering if there has been a fatality. Very cruel behavior by the TV director. :x
