So wet starts are effectively banned for all but F1 drivers, and even F1 has to have "wet weather experience" during the weekend.

the really don't trust drivers, they think outside F1 they're all nascar drivers with hydrophobia

Do the regs apply to F2 as much as F1 when it comes to standing starts after SC periods?

I don't think F2 or F3 have such rules. They should have IMO.

F2 does have the same rules as F1 in terms of standing or rolling starts.
