In Saudi Arabia they don't change summer/winter time, thats why.

Lol, no reason given for the aborted start? You could see the light start flashing yellow halfway down the grid and then go back to green. Pretty easy to spot.

It started ~16:40 instead of 16.55 like stated in the schedule in the first page of F1 Thread
