I wonder why after red flag they always resume xx:00 remaining in the clock, and not random seconds remaining, like xx:16 or xx:52. Why does it have to be xx:00 sharp? Because since the clock isn't stopped, every second counts. That's why I would prefer car recovery under VSC, because it can be withdrawn immediately without any wait.
