So what, race will end because 5 hours before race start some F1 drivers want to be mentally prepared and make some interviews? :P

Race will not be resumed and Martins gets a 5 second penalty. Fucking joke.

Seriously you don't do this to a finale. You accomodate the rest of the weekend if needed (including almighty F1 with an already playef championship), but you get these guys back on track

Depends when they count back to I guess? If they take the result from a safety car lap it'll drop him way lower

Not only the off track deciders are spoiling the impression, it is also the slowpoke judges that are always too cautious in their final verdict.

It would be fair taking the last green lap completed + penalties available at that time. But the actual rulebook may be different.

What's happening? They're giving penalties for everyone to put Martins back to top?

It must be some barrier damage behind Tecpro we can't see and that's unfit for racing.

At least I sure fucking hope so, because otherwise there's no reason for this mess

Thank fucking God. Any other outcome would've been just cruel and inappropriate (obviously short of a restart)

FIA now off to the pub after another successful championship decider

Fia should be deeply ashamed by this farce. First: restart the race. If there is time for a 20 minute deliberation session over who gets which penalty and which is champion, there is time to finish the 5 remaining laps.

Second: fucking track limits, put gravel down you idiots. Only time there should be track limit penalties at monza is when someone straight lines a chicane and doesn't give the place back, that's all. Just let them race.

I hope other teams will appeal so that the championship is not clear until Abu Dhabi. Just to make FIA legal team suffer.
I'm so fed up with the incompetence and unwillingness to delay the schedule.

Oh well, at least F2 title was decided without controversy. And so will be this year's F1 championship.
