"Teixeira has quite a good experience, don't know why he would stall his car there"

Despite commentating majority of GP2 races, not well aware of Teixeira's history.

all streams were buffering like crazy at the start (almost as if someone did that on purpose). what happend?

Not enough confidence on tyres. Remember that GP2 don't use tyre warmers.
