Don't think the race technically ever went back to green, so Servia's pass didn't count.

The race did go back green. I think calling that an aborted restart is a sketchy decision though.

Barnhart just flat out said the decision was made based on track observers' information.

Completely ignored the drivers, all of whom were against the green flag. That's completely unacceptable.

Sprinkling HARD! Green?! Really!?

Graham Rahal
Why they went green makes no sense at all. Man that looked slick as hell.
That was awesome @12WillPower. I'd imagine everyone saw that lol.

Justin Wilson
What a joke! I can't believe how they screwed that up! Don't mean the drivers. They are all spinning and no tire noise!! The track was wet!

Tony Kanaan
I will pay your fine @12WillPower. #yourock

I'm kind of impressed. He went into the booth, admitted that they screwed up, and did something to fix it.

Try and get that from someone like Mike Helton.

It's pretty obvious these are special circumstances. It'd be retarded if anyone but RHR won this race.

I love how he pretty much threw all the drivers observations WHO ARE ON THE FUCKING TRACK out of the equation. Literally every one of them was begging not to go green. Absolutely unbelievable.

Brian will have to get the sack.

There's no way they can keep him there after having his authority (correctly) undermined like that by Power.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

You have got to listen to the drivers, they're the ones out there.

Unless they're called Mark Webber of course.

At least he's admitting that they screwed up. I guess the decision to go back to the running order before the failed restart was the most fair thing for all involved. Maybe next time he'll listen to the drivers in the cars instead of some guy standing near the track with binoculars.

to be fair, Randy Bernard must be loving this. Gives IndyCar some much needed attention...for all the wrong reasons again though

Barnhart saying he never got a call from the teams saying not to go back to green.

Bullshit for 2 reasons, Theres no way the teams would be this angry if they hadn't passed on the drivers concerned & also I believe race control monitor all team radio transmissions (And can directly communicate with any team/driver by radio) so they woudn't have needed the teams to pass the messages along.

Barnhart should be replaced by Tony Cotman, Something which should have happened back in 2008.

So they restarted it, then rolled back the result? wtf? I know it was a retarded restarted, but you can't just pretend it didn't happen.

I can't believe how terrible IndyCars management is.
