Recovery holes in the wall all around and a full lap with no cars to do it with is what I meant. They seem to make no attempt at recovering cars, just let them sit there with the engine off for a lap.

Who the fuck does IndyCar strategy? Every race teams like Ganassi and Penske make stupid decisions and nobody seems to get that they can win if they actually hired somebody who knew what they were doing.

Ganassi pit Dario when its raining and put on hard slicks. Then immediatly pit him for wets. Half the field pit for wets, do half a lap of racing then move back to slicks. RHR who is already on slicks, pits for more slicks for no apparent reason.

These teams really can't be this stupid.

Hard to say. There isn't anything major on radar but more showers could pop up out of nowhere like the last ones did.
