Michael Shank has said that if he gets sponsorship to run next year, he'll run Allmendinger.

He has met with Honda and will meet with Chevrolet. He said that both makes will have to be able to field 60% of the field after Lotus pulls out of the series.

Guess that can almost guarantee a ride for Allmindenger for next year. If the deal with Shank getting a sponsor falls through, he could try AJ Foyt's team as mentioned earlier as a second option.

Well there's a spare Ganassi seat going for 2013 isn't there?

There is now, assuming that Ganassi still wants to keep the 36.

Ganassi Racing #9 and #10 are only drivers paid by Ganassi himself. #38 and #83 are pay drivers, so I think only drivers with some money are eligible for that ride.

Only thing Chase Austin is good for is wrecking Kyle Busch when we need him too.

Didn't see this coming

Rubens Barrichello is set to switch from KV Racing to a rival squad for the 2013 IndyCar season.

The 40-year-old Brazilian has endured a frustrating transition to racing in North America after leaving Formula 1 at the end of last season, with just five finishes inside the top 10 and a best result of seventh.

It was widely assumed that his close relationship with fellow KV driver Tony Kanaan - who engineered his move to IndyCar – would be enough to keep him with the team next year.

However, Barrichello said that he has no qualms about moving from the squad owned by Kevin Kalkhoven and Jimmy Vasser to a team that can deliver on his aim to run at the front.

AUTOSPORT understands that he has already held advanced talks with at least one Honda-powered team about a drive next year.

"I don't like being 15th, and I am working myself up," Barrichello told AUTOSPORT. "I'm getting better in comparison with my team-mates, but my car is still not. And the strategy side still hasn't clicked.

"I'm fairly open to [KV owners] Jimmy [Vasser] and Kevin [Kalkhoven]; they gave me a car, and we had a situation where the deal was done in the last 20 minutes. But I'm here to win.

"Now that I have done IndyCar, I want to do it better, because I don't think I was able to do what I am really capable of for one reason or another. And since I do this because I enjoy doing it, I might as well come back."

One of the women claimed the Penske brothers were urinating in the parking lot, and that when she confronted Jay Penske, he “turned and continued to urinate on her boots. He then proceeded to grab her arm and push her. (The woman) also states that Mark before he ran away pushed her and they both then ran to the house on Yacht Club property.”

Stupid woman, disrupting a man while pissing  .

I somehow think Roger will be laying the smack down with those two, he's built up the Penske name so the last thing he wants is his sons ruining it
