How does Lawson get a bigger time penalty than Ticktum?

They put up a correction to 10 seconds for Ticktum. Surprised their handing out penalties for defending mid race, Lawson's move was excessive but don't recall that getting addressed during a race before

I'm glad Lawson got a penalty for that. We see too many dick moves forcing other cars into the wall. He had clearly lost the place and forced the car behind to brake.

And now he's gonna get a penalty for going over the white line on pit exit.

And now Beckmann almost does the same.
