A1GP needs to get back to tracks like this, much, much better than the race in Taupo |

Good race They need to get rid of that 2nd pit stop though. |

They really need to drop that Taupo race and get an extra race in Europe. Imola anyone? |

Have both races been run? We're only getting some delayed coverage later here. |

Very enjoyable racing today, was much more like old school A1GP. I hope they keep this track in the schedule for next year! |

fantastic races today The track is the main reason, give these cars some straights a bit longer than at Taupo and fast sweeping corners and everything is back to normal A1 racing standards. A shame there is a big gap again to the next race. Hopefully this is just a transition year and next year they have a calendar with a race every 3 weeks. |

Our A1GP commentator is a bit... slow. Best bit so far I've catched was him saying that Ammermueller's greatest achievement was winning the F3 Euroseries in 2008. |

my thoughts about the race: I like some retirements, crashes and spectacular moments like we saw yesterday but it was just too much. Most of the competitive field was taken off after 3 racing laps and that was a shame, because we were lining up to have some great battles. Kyalami is a good circuit for these cars I'd say, hard to overtake, but not bad at all! Also, I like the onboard engine sound... makes me think of F1 cars from the early 90s. I wonder if they sound so on the exterior as well. |
