well, having attended the Monaco GP last Sunday and not being in front of a TV screen, I could only guess as to what the red flag meant. First I noticed a very long safety car period, then a short amount of racing, and then the red flag. My belief was that something bad had happened for that safety...

I'd rather cars spread out with drivers fighting the car and track conditions than 225 mph 3 wide pack racing, leave that to NASCAR. Traditional CART races on big ovals were never like that, it was always come and go type racing.

I wish they had kept the old Assen in some form, the new one is just like every other track. Not to mention they killed the banked corners.VIDEO

They should run all 3 series at Montreal in the same weekend, that would be epic. Sadly its only a dream. And speaking of Darlington its 10 years since the last proper Southern 500 and Terry Labonte's last win.VIDEO

Who's idea was it to build this track a billion miles outside of Chicago? Chip Ganassi actually built a track IN Chicago itself, called Chicago Motor Speedway. A $70 million white elephant.
