To stir up the interest, the Facebook page of the project Spielberg created a top ten list of reasons to visit the GP, but in the comments many fans gave them plenty of reasons why they won't come (back), many of them are the F1 itself with its focus on saving (tyres, fuel, engines, etc), the sound ...

he stewards have determined that the tyres were at the right pressure when they were attached to the cars," says Ted Kravitz who now has the official verdict from the FIA. Lol, this is simply not true. Wow, you must be bitter. The "Lewis Hamilton" - witch hunt of this thread was utte...

They say they would want to keep Bernie in his current role :slaphead: I don't think you and a lot of other people understand Bernie's position. He is merely the CEO, so he does what the investors tell him to do. CVC is a hedge fund, which wants to make a shitload of money. Therefore he has to make...

It would be a crying shame if Hass was to pick yellow and in theory be the best looking car on the grid, then have Renault turn up with a yellow livery too. Hass's corporate colors are red, white and black, so.... pink should be chosen immediately, leave the boring black for McLaren's dog. Haas. Wh...

Raikkonen: End of the day they are always Tilke corners Kimi Raikkonen has admitted he is a fan of Formula 1’s older circuits, amid the new era of ultra-modern tracks penned mainly by Hermann Tilke. In recent years, many of the sport’s European hosts have been replaced by venues in mostly Asian and...

Why not two detection points? That would be awesome. Detection point 2 just before the second corner

Hockenheim was also forced to make expensive and major track changes in order to keep the GP. That and the fact they pay so much for the privilege of running a GP really pushed up the ticket prices and now less people are willing to pay it. As people pointed out, once Schummy retired the first time...

a20-SArvm0k Same kind of move. Last-second GTFO divebomb. Yet Verstappen was praised for this move, not penalized. It is actually a great move to pull. Both Verstappen's and Rosberg's. This is what we need in F1. Guys going all-in and taking risks. As soon as Rosberg got the penalty, I stopped watc...

has anyone of you attended the Barcelona F1 winter tests? How is it like? Did it twice in 2012 and 2013 and was good fun :) Cheap entry fee, all or most of the grandstands were accessible, walking around the track when it's 17 degrees and pick a good spot to take some pictures, standing on top of t...

If there were more random mechanical failures like there used to be then that would spice up the action. The trouble is these cars are amazingly reliable (which really, is an incredible achievement) partly due to I would say the improvement of technology but mainly due to the components not being p...

I find it somewhat amazing, knowing how many people are working on those cars, that no images are spread before. I guess it is all contractual etc etc, but still, it amazes me.

I think it's also the team spirit and pride of being part of such an elite group of people.

Well the details are quit simply insane, just have a look at the front suspension contact point. They weren't kidding when they said that they were aggressive with the new car: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C5WllafWAAAeQgN.jpg:large I'm not a technical expert so I'll just ask it like this: is the top...

Having just watched both free practices, I'm very delighted with the new broadcasting approach. No more pans from one advertising board to another, now they are focused on closeups of the cars which really show the speed. So far I'm very happy with the new direction Liberty brought in.
