Had my final exam today and now I'm finally able to give Simonsen's death a place in my brain. I never spoke to him, but I did run into him several times in the paddock and pitlane at Spa over the course of the years. Those drainage grooves are another example if how awfully designed the new Bus Stop-La Source area is. Shouldn't be necessary in the first place.

The corner between Rivage and Pouhon is unofficially called "Speaker's Corner" :p It's the only corner the track speakers are able to see (apart from the section at the finish of course)

F1 just got worse in terms of looks since 2002. The horrible wings these days are the icing on the cake. I've never really watched F1 for the 'beauty' of the cars though, there are other racing classes for that What did you watch it for? I'm guessing it's not for the spectactle and excitement lol. ...
