They have to run 5 more rounds to satisfy TV contracts so there will likely be two doubleheaders before they go to Bathurst, which they are trying to make happen at any cost. TCR/TCM/TA2/AUSGT are at Sandown this weekend. Today's racing was affected by some very heavy weather at stages, with a few races not happening. This year is basically the same schedule as it was pre-Covid, last year had more categories then usual because Covid meant TCR/Transam/S5000 couldn't have their own event at Bathurst and it started two days earlier to get through everybody.
