| You can get wind tunnel time from different places if you buy things from them. Kind of an incentive. I know if you go to DEI and buy things, they give you some wind tunnel time. |

| Or it just shows that companies just dont know how to invest right now because Obama keeps changing things up all the time and adding and taking away rules and regulations. Companies are bannking that there would be less regulation with a republican in office. |
