Long Beach fucking sucks for these cars. The best and virtually only passing opportunity is unfortunately immediately preceded by one of the worst corners on any circuit. Not a good combination.
Apparently they left it on the setting for the hybrid engines they were testing and they only noticed for Long Beach warm up. But they'd also tested the current engines between that test and St Pete.
