Based on watching F1 for as long as I have I'm a firm believer than a track isn't the main thing that makes the series exciting/dull, the cars and the rules the series run are. Witness how Hungary used to be dreaded by F1 fans as a processional dirge of a race and now its regularly near the top of &...
I'll finally be back behind the wheel at Lucas Oil Raceway "IRP" in July!
Besides the Daytona test I guess you could call it my debut. Really looking forward to it. I'll be driving the #30 for Rette Jones Racing. Running the super late model race that weekend as well.
Scrap short tracks, just run on the longest tracks they can find. now as they are a support race at the 24H Rennen, should they try to go to Le Mans as well? would be a Citroen fest though Not a proper world championship if you don't go to Australia. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=su-HUDo7XQ4 :flag:
I didn't see Gerhart's wreck but he definitely nailed the Turn 1 wall. Tore up one or two of the huge foam blocks. Not sure if he will run tomorrow, so we're down to 31 cars. There's 10 composite body cars here this weekend, more than Salem or Nashville. The #1, #22,#23,#25,#27,#52,#55,#58,#59,#77 a...

I doubt you would go through turn 4 flat out on your first lap in a car that you'd never driven in that aer...
Now that I think about it, priority number 1 should be developing the series to the point at which we have more than a dozen entries for each race. Then they can go about lengthening the marquee event.
