I was hoping for VD Garde at Caterham because he brings money, but because they grabbed 10th place I think Heikki will stay.

I was sceptical, but it's something they've taken from elsewhere, so it might be worth a punt.

Situation might have changed now that they have the TV money.

Marussia will be busy trying to find any way of removing Glock so they don't have to pay him.

Yeah, I know he's mad and I don't care. I do not care. I did not care then. I do not care now. I'm here to race him.

Definitely Chilton in the seat now.

Petrov has impressed. He deserves to retain that seat, if of course, he brings the roubles with him.

Well I rather see Barrichello paying for the seat than Giedo Van Der Garde getting it.

two random questions now that the championship is over:

1st: Grosjean: does he deserve another chance ?

2nd: Webber and Massa: who's the best second driver for a team?

Who is a better driver? Webber.

Who is a better team player? Massa.

Webber is without a doubt a better driver than Massa in my mind. Maybe Massa has been on a high recently, but Webber would normally be better. But today showed he very much drivers for Team Webber. He made life a bit more difficult than Vettel at times. I wonder what his radio calls were like.

1 - yes, why shouldn't he?
2 - Massa. Webber has no intention of ever being a team player.

Are you serious?

Grosjean is probably the worst driver of the grid after Karthikeyan. Yes, Romain is fast but he's erratic and reckless. Not F1 standards. We have Kobayashi, Kovalainen, Buemi, Alguersuari and lot's of potential rookies without a seat for next year, but who could do better job than Grosjean.

Yeah because Vettel never did anything erratic in 2008 and never ever crashed did he?

i'm not that sure about the best driver part eather. Webber is driving the best car around since three year and apart from the first year when his teammate was actually pretty unexperienced he's never put on a real consistent race. I mean Massa, even if i've never liked him, to me was way faster until his hungary incident. After that crash he's become a joke but i see him coming back, second part of this season was quite good by him. I'm starting to think webber should retire or move to a slower team, i feel him like a waste of a good seat like Barrichello was in Ferrari back in schumy's days.

it remembers me a little bit the Casey Stoner case. In his first year stoner spent more time on the ground than on the bike. Some say that it's easyer to teach a fast driver to become consistent than to teach a consistent driver to became fast. This could be the case. But he has really been erratic this year so i think 2013 will be his "all or nothing year": he delivers, he is in, he keeps committing mistakes he is out, and i mean totally out.

Vettel still managed to win with a Toro Rosso that year and did a solid job for most of the time. You can't even compare Grosjean to Vettel. Today Kimi made a nice overtake on Schumi and a week ago same kind of battle with Button. It's like Kimi can see these things in four dimensions while Grosjean sees things in 2D and in arcade mode.

If Lotus want to move up the constructor's standings and challenge the top 3, I strongly believe they'll have a better shot of doing that with someone other than Grosjean in that 2nd car. And there's a few options out there available imo.

Cmon, give him a break. It was his first full season after all. He did stupid mistakes, but he showed that he can beat Raikkonen and fight for podiums. Want someone to bash? Pick Di Resta. Second full season in F1 and not living up his potential.

Back in 2008 nobody knew what Vettel was capable of achieving, who's to say you cannot compare Grosjean and Vettel. In 2008 Vettel was good from time to time but he also had a tendancy to crash out on lap one. Sounds familiar doesn't it?
