Me too actually. Unless the flooding was expected and they wanted to give it plenty of time to recede so people could actually cross Beaver Creek and get to the track.

It's rained here literally every day since last Tuesday but from like 7 pm Saturday night till 8 this morning, it rained non stop.

watching the jgr cars struggle this year it seems like they're down on power to the other teams. it might explain kyle's consistent run of tire blowouts the past few races - using extreme setups to try and gain speed in the corners can often reduce tire integrity

Eh 2 years ago the JGR cars were severely off the pace to begin the season then around Charlotte they flexed serious muscle from that point on. Wouldn't worry.

yeah, i agree. i dont think they need to worry long-term, just trying to figure out why one team would be so consistent with blowouts in consecutive races
