What was that classed as?

For Shitville, sorry London, sorry again, Battersea, gold is £224, silver £56 and bronze (which is presumably standard entry fee) £22.40.

Surely they could've brought the stand a bit forward. The cars don't go fast enough to cause much of a risk to spectators.

Was there too. Wasn't really worth it.
I stood at the same spot as you, Metzo, just down.
The DJ (Felix Jaehn) was terrible, racing from my point of view was not really visible.
But as I only paid 10 Euros, it was ok.
Got to take a photo with Bruno and Nelson at least

Was there as well. I was also really close to where Metzo had its seat, was standing in the Bronze area to the right. I also didnt find it very spectecular. I think this series is more fun to watch on a telly than live, because those factors that make live-racing so exciting, such as speed and sound, were missing. Also the supporting progam was boring, should had just came for the race. On the other hand, the ticket was just 10€, so cant really say I ve wasted any money.

I was sitting at the end of the backstretch and saw some good passed and close racing, but nothing outstanding. Was cool to see a race in person, especially as it took me 30 minutes only to get to the track. 8)

It was a nice event, but it wasn't really spectactular with the cars not producing a proper "racing sound" and to be honest, they don't look that quick when seeing them in person. My biggest issue, even prior the weekend, is the lack of support races or demo runs. Why not have some sort of small series doing races (I know, temporary street paddocks) or show off some cool racing cars (I know, it's all about "E"). :p

Here are some pictures. The view from where I was sitting was alright, but I thought it would be better. At least I was able to follow the cars for like 15 sec. without interruption, but barely could see them at any other point of the track (just the very top of them at a long distance).

Somehow I ended up next to some drivers when walking around before the race. LOL :D

Looks like Montreal could be on the 2015/2016 or 2016/2017 schedule with a race proposed for September, 2016

Would be funny if they raced on the F1 circuit with all the long straights. But they probably wont. So I'm curious to see witch layout.

Although if they ran the circuit, they would butcher it to hell and back with 20 tire wall chicanes or something else.

I don't ever see Formula E running on the same track as regular racing (not including street tracks here), it's the reason why they're going for a park in the ghetto of London rather than Brands Hatch, they don't want direct comparisons, cos if people realised these things were slower than a FF1600, they'd go watch them instead.

i think it's good that they race on street circuits instead of normal circuits, we can see a lot of new locations hosting racing events and the street circuits suite these cars better.

Hence the lack of supports too. Hey look, we get it all done in a single day. Yeaa, because it's only you out there.
